Rosamaris - Maison pour 8 avec jardin

Agence Cocoonr offers this new contemporary house for rent in Saint-Malo, ideally located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Rothéneuf, less than 3 minutes' walk from the shops and 8 minutes' walk from Le Val beach. Close to all amenities, in a quiet location, it is equipped with wifi (fibre optics), has a surface area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² enclosed garden.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV and a non-functional wood-burning stove.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower,
- Separate toilet.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds.
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden planted with trees + 18 m² south/west-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- 2 parking spaces

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park.
Free parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Perfection in St. Malo

This home was the perfect property for our visit to St Malo. Description and photos are accurate but don’t do it justice. Everything you could need is provided. Location is excellent for traveling around the area but also for walking to the market, restaurants or just for coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. As we were traveling with small children ( a 4 and a 2 year old) the children’s books and toys were a special touch that we appreciated. The property is clean and well cared for with attention to details. The manager was helpful and waiting for us when we arrived. From the moment we parked in the driveway until we left for the airport this was perfection in St. Malo!
