"We just spent a lovely week staying with Laurence and Christian. The property is private hidden behind large hedges, quiet, very pretty and just what our small family of 3 needed. Everything was exactly as you would want it. You can use the lovely pool or walk to the beach. Shopping is close and virtually tourist free - we heard hardly any English spoken all week. "L'appartement est propre, très bien agencé et équipé dans les moindres détails, du jeu de société au barbecue,en passant par la bouteille en cadeau de bienvenu.On sent que le propriétaire se met à la place du vacancier,il ne manque rien..La personne qui nous a accueillie charmante et disponible.la résidence est calme,propice au repos.Piscine chauffée trés agréable.La ville est animée et il y a de belles balades à faire.Nous reviendrons c'est sur. "I know a studio would be self service but not to the point that the clean sheets and towels were still going round in the washing machine at designated 3p.m arrival time! Also previous guest's sheets still on packed away sofabed .Mattress protector dirty. So we had to dry sheets and do our own bed. Balcony very dirty and had to clean it. Toaster faulty and blew the electrics on day 1. Spoke to concierge but not much changed. Digger renovating park opposite bit annoying all day. "

"Wunderbarer Ausblick aus der 19. Etage. Leider sind Türen und Fenster undicht und Morgens ist sehr viel Lärm. Insgesamt ein schönes Appartement, in die Jahre gekommen und etwas ungepflegt, das ist ja aber in Frankreich wohl normal. Schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung möglich, Abends kann man hervorragend, zu Fuß, Essen gehen. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Wohnungsverwalterin"
