- Large, comfortable house in a rural setting. Nantes is 20 minutes away by car or train (TER), as is Pornic, a seaside resort. The gateway to Noirmoutier Island is 35 km away. The "Planète Sauvage" zoo and animal park are nearby. Hiking and biking trails start from the house. Next to Grand Lieu Lake.
5,000m² garden with a heated outdoor pool.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, veranda, TV room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, parking, 2 bathrooms, 2 adult bedrooms, and a children's bedroom with 2 beds + 2, or a double bedroom for a couple, making 3 bedrooms for 6 adults or a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. A separate 25m² studio (€90/day) for 2 adults is available at an additional cost.
The house is located 3 km from the village with all shops and supermarkets.
