Imperial Apartment: Live Like Royalty in a Historic Château

Experience château life in 200 m² of beautifully restored historic architecture, combining comfort and warmth. Enjoy a spacious 60 m² living room and a large dining area with open kitchen, all set in a magical atmosphere with ceilings over 5 meters high. The master bedroom overlooks a wildlife park where deer, does, kangaroos, llamas, and horses roam freely—a true haven of peace.



The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, and tableware. The 60 m² living room includes a sofa bed for two.



Bed linen and towels are provided. Breakfast is not included but can be ordered. A continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.



Cleaning can be done by you or is available for an extra fee.



The 17 x 7 m pool is open from late May to late September, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Explore the 13,000 m² park with its deer, llamas, kangaroos, and more.



You are 40 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (Pornic, La Baule) and 10 minutes from the Sucé-sur-Erdre water sports center, with charming riverside restaurants nearby.
