"We have sent a message requesting shuttles to the airport for the next day. Upon check in, we were told that since we booked the hotel room through Expedia that the hotel staff does not read messages from Expedia. By then the shuttles we needed the next day were fully booked and we had to take a later one which was close to our flight time. We found the woman was rude and disinterested in our situation. She said you can just walk to the airport. I would never stay at this hotel again."

I specifically booked and paid for a room with breakfast included, as confirmed in my booking confirmation, Itinerary number: 72070141792555. However, upon arrival/at the restaurant, I was informed that my rate did not include breakfast. This is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for.
