The apartment is very well situated, near to the harbour and beach. It has three good sized double bedrooms and a great outside space with sun loungers. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller, which was good for my family of 4, but maybe restrictive for larger groups. The garage is wonderful, a fully secure underground parking bay (1.90m height restriction on entrance). The apartment doesn't have wifi, which is a shame as this makes finding out information about the local area harder. Generally though mobile access was ok.

Du positif et du négatif

Maison-appartement bien située à Saint-Martin, proche du port à pied, terrasse agréable sans vis-à-vis, les vélos à disposition sont un plus. Les points négatifs : en plus de la réservation Abritel, le loueur impose de signer un contrat en direct (contraire aux règles d'Abritel?) puis après avoir échangé avec le loueur il faut ensuite échanger avec l'agence Nexity qui gère. Aussi, énormément de consignes pour faire le ménage et le rangement sont données dans le contrat et dans un classeur d'instructions, alors que ce n'était pas très propre en arrivant sur place : poussière, quelques toiles d'araignées et traces sur les miroirs, la terrasse et le mobilier d'extérieur n'étaient clairement pas nettoyés et préparés pour le début de la belle saison. Des petits points à améliorer : une seule lampe de chevet dans chaque chambre, plusieurs ampoules qui ne marchent pas (dont celle du garage, pas pratique pour sortir les vélos de la mezzanine dans le box dans le noir...). Un bilan contrasté donc, mais ca répondait à notre besoin pour ce week-end.

Logement idéalement située dans saint-martin de ré. Residence calme. Garage hyper pratique. Logement propre, confortable et bien équipé. La terrasse est un reel plus lorsqu'il fait beau, peut etre penser a désherber les macifs de fleurs. Seuls bémols: la taille de la salle de bain et de la cuisine. Pieces beaucoup trop petites pour 8 personnes. En résumé logement tres bien pour 4 personnes

Location au calme proche du centre à pied, maison très bien équipée beaucoup de vaisselles + cafetière classique et senséo,chaise haute bébé+lit parapluie appréciables. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille ! Emplacement idéal, proche port et plage, tout est faisable à pieds. Maison très bien équipée, propre et terrasse vraiment agréable. Prêt de vélos et garage fortement apprécié. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Jolie maison dans un lotissement très sympa, bon espace au niveau des chambres mais salle de bain et cuisine beaucoup trop petites. Il y a tout au niveau de la vaisselle mais très mal rangée un peu partout ce qui fait qu’on a du mal à s’y retrouver. Accès au garage difficile.

Location idéalement située

Cette maisonnette est idéalement située à deux pas du port de St Martin, des commerces, des fortifications Vauban , de la plage de La Cible et des pistes cyclables. Elle est à la fois proches des animations du port mais sans en avoir les nuisances sonores. La résidence est calme et sécurisante. (excepté le local poubelle parfois bruyant). La terrasse sans vis à vis est très agréable! Je recommande cette location pour 6 personnes maximum (et pas plus) car la cuisine et la salle d'eau sont très petites et au delà de 6, l'organisation en groupe pourrait être compliquée... La propriétaire met à la disposition 3 vélos (2 adultes et 1 ado), ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu'on souhaite profiter de la beauté de l'île en utilisant les très nombreuses pistes cyclables.
