"Clean rooms "

"I had to plunge my own toilet. I didn't have enough towels or toilet paper. It smelled like wet dog. I had to turn in my wet towels for new ones. They didn't have extra pillows for my kids."

"4 stars because the customer service was decent. My guy at the desk was patient enough with me and did what he could, as I had messed up the reservation and like to had a stroke in the process. The room was cleanish, everything pretty much what you would expect for the price. Def keep the door locked tho"

"Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix it. Restaurant floor had leftover food droppings from the night before at breakfast; they clearly did not vacuum. Shockingly poor stay. Hotel rooms are not in good condition. "

"The staff was so nice dont remember the lady on duty when we checked in but was the same one when we departed unexpectedly with a emergency from our complete stay but she was so helpful and understanding and helped us out she was a excellent professional individual.."

"Room was booked for weeks but when i arrived at 3:15 i was given two rooms then told they weren't ready that we'd have to wait or get different rooms. So we had to exchange rooms keys and I chose different rooms because i had already waited past check in time to get the keys the first time. Took about an hour to check in process on a room that was well booked in advance. "

"Room very clean and pet friendly....would recommend only flooring in pet rooms and no carpet but personal suggestion"
