Très bien pour un séjour entre amis.

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Espace extérieur (avec piscine et salon de jardin) idéal. Petit bémol concernant le dortoir à l'étage que je n'avais pas remarqué sur l'annonce (pensez à ajouter des volets pour isoler de la lumière dans cette pièce). A part ce détail mineur Frédéric est très sympathique et disponible, et son logement nous a permis de passer une très bonne semaine entre amis.

THIS HOUSE IS NOT CHILD SAFE!! This house is not fit for children! The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. On top of this in the garden there was a huge hole that children or even adults could fall down and it was so deep that if someone fell down you wouldn’t be able to get them back up. If the safety of our children wasn’t bad enough the toilet in the far room stunk the ground floor rooms out where we couldn’t even sleep due to the extreme unpleasant smell. The house was not as shown in the images when booked and everything that was said to be there was broken so wasn’t even usable like ping pong tables which is one of the reasons we booked this house. If things couldn’t get any worse on arrival the guy giving us the keys didn’t want to leave the house and when we asked him to leave so we could park our car in the garage he didn’t want to move and said we couldn’t park at the house because he had no insurance!! This is extremely worrying as is there even insurance for us to stay here? The decoration of the house was nice but does that really matter when you’re worried about your children falling down holes or down from the second floor.

Villa très bien équipée, séjour au soleil et au calme, quelques finitions à revoir et manque de store à l'étage, mais rien de bien gênant au contraire. Communication au top, proprio sympa et arrangeant !

Maison propre et spacieuse

Nous avions besoin d'un logement pour 7 personnes à proximité de Pont Ste Maxence pour un mariage. Il y a 3 chambres au rdc (ch 1 : 1 lit simple, ch 2 : 1 lit double, ch 3: 1 lit double), Seule la chambre 3 dispose de placards. L'étage est une plateforme avec 2 espaces séparés par un mur au 2/3 de la largeur. Il y a dans chacun des 2 espaces 1 lit double et 1 lit simple (donc 6 couchages en tout). Cela manque d'intimité pour des adultes ou grands ados. Cuisine fonctionnelle, grande table pour 8. 1 salle de douche et 1 salle de bain, toutes les 2 sans fenêtres. Le - : sdb aveugles (moins facile pour les adeptes du maquillage), peu de rangements dans les chambres. Cher pour 3 nuits. A ce prix là nous avons toujours eu des locations pour une semaine dans d'autres régions pour le même nombre de personnes. En Avril nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Le + : facile de se garer devant, calme, spacieux. 2 sdb. cuisine moderne et bien équipée, literie confortable. Propriétaire agréable et arrangeant.

Chambres confortables 2 salles de bain : 1avec douche et une avec baignoire + gel douche à disposition. 2 toilettes Cuisine bien équipée en électroménager et en vaisselle. Les photos sont un peu avantageuses par rapport à la réalité (dimensions de la piscine, taille de l'habitation...).La maison est très correcte, propre et plutôt bien équipée. La grande chambre sous les combles est mal isolée pour la chaleur. Les salles d'eau sont un peu étroites.
