"We were just staying one night for a concert and the house was perfect. Good proximity to the location, easy to find, and clean. The pool looked very nice though we didn’t use it. Kim was kind and helpful when the WiFi PW did not work."

"The hot tub was closed which would’ve been nice to know before booking. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning service doesn’t go and replenish towels or clean room any day of stay. You have to go down and get your own towels. "

Upon arrival, both rooms showed concerning issues including:     •    Visible stains on walls and ceilings     •    Suspected mold or buildup on at least one air conditioning unit     •    General lack of proper cleaning consistent with a guest-ready room The condition of both rooms raised legitimate health and safety concerns for everyone in our group. We paid over $200 for each room. Left this facility feeling scammed. "

"Such a great place for our family of 5 visiting Louisville. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything. The property was super cute , clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with property managers were a breeze . Bonus snacks were waiting for us and had a great family trip "

"Very conveniently located, nice neighborhood with some decent restaurants within walking distance. Very clean with plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms. Plenty of fans upstairs to balance out the temps between upstairs and downstairs, which are on the same A/C unit - but that was manageable. Host was very attentive and friendly. Would stay here again!"
