The region offers magnificent cycling and hiking routes with gradients ranging from 550 to 1,250 metres. You can enjoy winter sports at the Rouge Gazon and Ventron ski resorts (30 km of pistes, ranging from green to black). For beginners, there is a ski school with a conveyor belt. Various events are organised during the holiday periods, such as torchlight processions and night-time sleigh races.
