"Reception staff was very helpful over the phone to find the Hotel. Private parking very safe and easy to access with a large car. Check in speedy and smiling. The room on the first floor (as requested). Lock in the door close not to accept the key. Had to fight hard to get in and out. Room large enough but needs renovation as i.e the wall paper hangs out its last days. Bathroom needs to be fixed especially the shower and the water running under the door. We hope we got the worst but expected to get the best."

"Good value , very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was superb when it was 35 degrees outside. Highly recommended "

"Property is easy to find and off the A71 so great for an overnight stopover. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was clean and hot water. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. "

"It was ok for a one night stop, compact room. Said Breakfast included but its not you have to pay for it."
