Gite located in the owners' house and including accommodation rented year-round. Common entrance. 1st floor: living room-kitchen, lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed), a bathroom (bath), separate WC. Washing machine shared with the other cottage, located on the ground floor of the house. Private terrace of 17 m² facing south. Vast common ground. In this former presbytery, this fully renovated cottage with a contemporary character is the ideal place for a stay away from the city. The 17 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. On the vast common ground, are put at your disposal a barbecue, a table-tennis table and a swing; a garden table is reserved for each cottage. If the sheets are rented, the beds are made on your arrival. Public parking is located at the entrance to the hamlet. To get to Beaune l'Eglise, you have to take a road with hairpin bends for 8 km. What a reward to discover this hamlet perched on a south-facing plateau, with a breathtaking panoramic view. There, healing is guaranteed, in a natural environment of meadows and wooded meadows.
