Ground floor: Living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), 1 alcove (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm) / shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Public parking 500 meters away. Outdoor dining area 10 meters from the apartment. Charming apartment with plenty of character. A blend of stone and wood, modern and antique, makes this apartment unique with its vaulted interior. Beautiful southwest exposure on the sunny side of the Maurienne valley. Unobstructed views of the Thabor mountain range peaks. Comfortable holiday cottage located in the heart of the village of Beaune, at an altitude of 1,350 meters, in the hills above Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails are directly accessible from the cottage. In winter, several ski resorts are nearby: Orelle at 17 km (linked to the 3 Valleys ski area), Valmeinier at 22 km (Galibier-Thabor ski area), and Les Karellis at 27 km. The Mont Cenis pass and the Italian border are 60 km away. Shops and services are open year-round in Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne, 10 km away.
