"Arrivée éprouvante : Passer à travers la file de clients du comptoir avec charriot à baggages. Porte MANUELLE pour entrer ! Pas suffisament de places assises au lobby pour attendre notre chambre. Cabine de toilette UNIQUE au lobby !! Se repérer au début dans le complexe est un peu spécial, mais on s’habitue rapidement et très bien indiqué partout. Personnel souriant et attentionné PARTOUT mention spéciale à Mathieu et sa « poivrière » au Cerf Rouge 👏 Parlant du Cerf Rouge : Vous DEVEZ y aller absolument. ( faut réserver ) Buffet petit-déjeuner ultra complet. Ambiance chaleureuse PARTOUT. Un fauteuil dans la chambre aurait été agréable. Le choix Nespresso dans les chambres est discutable. Pourquoi ne pas offrir un petit comptoir-café dans un coin du lobby par exemple ? Pour ceux qui ne sont pas fan du Nespresso … Merci"
