"The hotel was nice - even though the location looked quite remote, there were a lot of dining options and grocery stores nearby. In addition, the nearby villages were nice to walk around and explore. It was very tranquil but not remote. "
"We stayed here because we needed a place when the Marseille airport closed, and almost everything closer was sold out. Even with all that we were still only slightly happier with the hotel than with the airport floor. The picture shows the status of the renovations at the hotel which were not mentioned online. The restaurant that they highlight on their website is a buffet only with three large pots for dinner and nothing else available. Breakfast is a bit better. There is no place within...
"We stayed one night on our way back to the SW and very much look forward to our return. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cozy with a large bathroom, the grounds are beautiful and the pool with drink and food service was a perfect place to recharge. I can imagine this Mas being even cozier in the winter months! Do bring mosquito repellent if staying in the summer. They weren’t a problem at the pool but around the grounds and the outdoor dining terrace it is a...

"The hotel was a super close walk to the airport, which was the reason I chose it. The reception was friendly and the room a good size, specially considering it was a budget hotel. I had a very early flight and the complimentary airport shuttle was at 430am; i didn't make time to grab breakfast as I didn't think there would be anything at that hour. But there was a full, well laid out selection, I was very impressed! "
"We stayed at the hotel as a party of 4 in 2 rooms for 4 nights, and it was an excellent base for getting out and about in Provence. The property is very clean and well maintained with ample secure parking. The outdoor pool is not very big but there appeared to be ample sun loungers and it was very refreshing at the end of a day’s sightseeing. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette which was sufficient for us to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners but it should be noted this room is also your bedroom so easy on the garlic and onions!
There were food options on site and we did avail of breakfast on one day which was convenient and sufficient but overall not great value. We made more use of the local Boulanger and Lidl for breakfast. There are good grocery shops nearby, Lidl and a ‘U’ Express as well as take away pizza and rotisserie Chicken outlets.
It’s a bit of a stretch to associate the hotel with Aix en Provence as it’s actually in a town called Bouc Bel Air which is a 15-20 minute car drive away from Aix. There’s a bus stop at the end of the road to the hotel and the centre of Aix is a 30 minute bus ride. Aix is very pretty and well worth a visit.
One sullen member of staff aside, who maybe was having a bad day, I would recommend the hotel as an excellent base for touring the area. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and secure. It is more like a motel than a hotel and I would say that a car is essential."
"The hotel is well located. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tram and 4 stops gets you close to the buzzing Old Port area. The bedrooms are small and compact but spotlessly clean.
The breakfast takes buffet to a new level. They serve the world’s smallest croissants and pain au chocolat. This is France guys!!
Maybe look around for other breakfast options."
