  • We offer a former caretaker's house of 55 m², independent, for 4 people completely restored in 2022 in a property by the sea. Small terrace with bistro table. Coastal path and beaches 4 mins walk. Nearby: nautical base, nearby shops and transport. Ballads on GR34. Near the Brière natural park. La Baule, Pornichet, Pornic a few minutes by car.
    Ground floor: open kitchen; living room; shower room with WC; 1 bedroom; small terrace overlooking the garden of the property.

    Parking in the street in front of the house. Available all year round.
