In Saint-Nectaire-le-Haut, come enjoy a moment of calm in this fully renovated house, spread over two floors. The property is composed as follows:

-On the ground floor:



a living room with kitchen

.-On the first floor:

a bedroom with a double bed, a desk and separate toilets.

-On the second and last floor:

The master bedroom and a bathroom with an Italian shower.



In summer, you can enjoy an outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue.

In winter, the Super-Besse and Le Mont-Dore ski resorts are 25 minutes from the accommodation.



Enjoy all mountain activities with the advantage of returning to a peaceful place.

This house is at the heart of activities: Climbing, hiking, waterfall, lakes, springs, Murol Castle, educational farms, caves, petrifying fountains, animal park, .....



The arrival and departure are done independently at the Saint-Nectaire agency with our connected key box.

- Laundry kit including:



* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)



* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)



Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, take them home with you!



End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory.



A mandatory deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested from you (check or bank imprint).
