Single-story house, 100 m², 5 minutes from Vannes – 1,600 m² garden

Our house is located 5 minutes from the entrance to the city of Vannes by car. It is located in the countryside.
It is set on a garden of 1600m².
This garden is itself open to another garden of 1600 m² where another house is located (total open garden of 3600m²).
The house is on one level.
It is a simple, functional and bright house.
It consists of:
- a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom - bed 160 x 200
- a children's bedroom with a trundle bed - 2 beds of 90 x 190
- a second bathroom
- a large open living room / kitchen opening onto the terrace to the south - sofa bed 140 x200


Linen and towels provided on request.
Flat rate of €20 per bed.

Cleaning is not included in the rental.
An agreement is to be made at the beginning of the stay with the hosts on the intentions and expectations of each party.

You will need:
- 10 minutes to go to the port of Vannes
- 35 minutes to reach Carnac and its Menhirs
- 30 minutes to go to the port of La Trinité sur Mer
- 15 minutes to go for a walk on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan
- 13 minutes to reach the ferry terminal of Vannes (boarding for the Ile d'Arz, L'Ile aux Moines, L'Ile de Houat, L'Ile de Hoëdic or Belle Ile en Mer)
- 35 minutes to go to the large beaches of the Quiberon peninsula
- 25 minutes to reach the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula

These travel times have been estimated via Google Map. The sometimes very heavy traffic at certain times of the summer period can change them significantly.



The house is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. No traffic in the immediate vicinity of the house. The neighbors are discreet, friendly and helpful.
