  • I offer a charming house ideal for four people in the village of Saint-Ouen d'Aunis 15 minutes from downtown La Rochelle. A quiet village and relaxing with some small shops (tobacco shop, restaurant, bakery, hairdresser, a small market).

Maison agréable et bien agencée.Piscine hors sol enterrée donc piscine où les enfants ne peuvent pas sauter ou autre, non signalé dans la description. Accueil ok, mais après signalement auprès d'Abritel concernant la propreté du logement (frigo, four, micro-ondes, loggia sol non lavé donc pleins de fourmis, baies vitrées pleines de traces de gras et bar extérieur graisseux et poussiéreux), le propriétaire devient désagréable et "menaçant".Maison laissée plus propre à mon départ qu'à mon arrivée, il a osé me repprocher ne pas avoir nettoyer l'intérieur de la porte du lave-vaisselle.Bref maison agréable mais propriétaire à fuir...

Wat een heerlijke week hebben we gehad in het huis van Thierry! Doordat wij nauwelijks Frans spreken soms wat lastig met inchecken, maar de buurman gebeld en die kwam gelijk aan om te vertalen. De wifi was super goed volgens de 2 jongens van 18 en 15. Wij raden het zeer aan!

Sejour très agréable. Maison au calme et très bien située pour visiter la région. Maison très bien équipée et propre. La piscine est top surtout avec des enfants. Et bien entendu l'hôte Thierry vraiment très sympa!!!

Très bon séjour

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. Merci à Thierry de son accueil et ses conseils avisés pour profiter des activités aux alentours. Un coup de coeur pour le bar-paillote permettant de profiter d’une bonne plancha en extérieur. Je recommande à 100% cette location !

Parfait

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Thierry! La maison est agréable bien agencé et la piscine sécurisée avec son jardin le dépaysement total. Le village est très agréable calme avec des airs de jeux pour les petits et des petits commerces s’y trouvent. Bien situé ce qui donne un accès très rapide aux grand axe pour se rendre sur La Rochelle, l’île de re ou encore la tranche sur mer. Quand à Thierry le dialogue est facile et simple avec lui il est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et même pour dépanner (merci pour la vis 😉) Toujours de bon conseil.

Agréable séjour !!!

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison spacieuse pour 4 personnes située dans une résidence très calme et l'annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité. La piscine a été très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs du début de semaine !!!! Mr Thierry est disponible en cas de besoin et a été de bon conseil pour des visites à faire dans la région. La maison est située à 15 minutes d'un grand centre commercial, à 20 minutes à peine de la Rochelle. Vraiment une belle semaine !!!

Idéal pour des vacances proche de la Rochelle

Maison bien située, facile d'accès dzns ine résidence calme,maison fonctionnelle, grande avec tout le confort pour les vacances. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu trop profiter de la jolie piscine car les températures nous l'ont pas permis. Super vacances !

Belle maison, propre et jolie jardin sans vis à vis, la piscine au top. Et Thierry super sympa avec qui on peut facilement discuter. Merci. La région super, nous vacances nous ont paru trop courtes.
