Le Domaine du Cerf - 4* gite, nature & spa

  • The Domaine du Cerf near Amboise is a historic property in Saint Ouen les Vignes dating back to 1862.

    It is composed of a mansion and the old stables renovated with attention and modernity in a Gîte.

    The Gîte is totally renovated and has all the necessary modern facilities.

    The property is located in a private haven of peace of more than 2 hectares located 5 minutes from the motorway and 7 minutes from the Royal City of Amboise, in the heart of the Loire Valley Castles.
    The accommodation
    Ground floor

    The cottage has a large equipped kitchen (5-burner piano and 1m long oven, two microwaves, dishwasher capacity 13 people, coffee maker, kettle, complete crockery, etc.) and a large dining room that can accommodate all guests.

    A large living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and board games, will allow you to spend memorable evenings.

    An XXL suite of 30 m² equipped with 4 beds 90x200cm, two of which can be coupled to form a double bed of 180x200cm. This suite has the space to use it as a children's playroom.

    A private bathroom with shower and toilets and a separate toilet.

    Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.

    1st floor

    Upstairs, two bedrooms with beams and moldings are at your disposal.

    The first bedroom of 20m² is equipped with a double bed of 160x190cm, and a single bed of 80x190cm. A private bathroom with walk-in shower and sanitary facilities.

    All the rooms have a panoramic view of the estate, its midnight blue swimming pool, its river, its forest. Birds will not fail to come and say hello to you.

    A baby pack including (a high chair, a travel cot, a playpen) can be made available on request (when booking).

    Exterior

    A 10m x 5m swimming pool and a Spa are at your disposal for an extraordinary stay.

    You will enjoy an immediate outdoor space of more than 2500m² consisting of a large shaded terrace fully equipped with a barbecue/plancha and a garden lounge/dining room.

    The terrace is only a few metres from the secure swimming pool of the cottage and the children's area equipped with games for the little ones. Sunbeds are also available.
