"This is a great property with comfortable beds for the whole family and plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and staying on this small town street. We did some laundry but the dryer is the unvented type that would take a whole day to dry your clothes. Despite having drying racks, we still had to take our wet clothes to the laundromat to finish drying them. The hosts had great communication and we enjoyed our stay."

La vue est splendide et l'on s'y est senti très bien avec l'accueil attentionné, chaleureux et souriant de Steve qui nous attendait à nôtre arrivée. "Gorgeous gite in stunning surroundings. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the guidebook that had been left for us with lots of ideas for things to do, and even a map of the local area to show where to find them. The gite had everything we needed, and the children have asked to go back again next year!"

"Auberge Saint-Pierre is a great hotel. Provides two major features that we did not know until arriving there. There is an area in the restaurant only for people staying in the hotel. If the restaurant is full, because it is really good, let them know you are staying in the hotel so they give you a table in the hotel guests area. The second one is a bridge or secret entrance / exit from the hotel to the ramparts. Only opens with the room key. And it is perfect to go outside for a couple of minutes to see and/or hear the high tide coming in."
