(Text automatically translated) In a quiet neighborhood at the end of a driveway, this home is ideally located between the city center of Royan and the ocean. Access to the town center of Vaux in less than 10 minutes walk across the beautiful city park with its ancient trees, we meet a lovely Romanesque church before arriving at the central square where a market was in stands daily. On the other side of the park, there is a tennis club in 10 minutes on foot. Ocean side, you can reach in 20 minutes on foot family beach and still quite wild Nauzan across the residential area of ??bernezac ending with street Crickets, country road with little traffic. The house is on the ground floor, practical and functional with a large living room of 40 m2.The interior of the house was completely renovated in summer 2009 in a gentle and relaxed holiday home decoration. The house is very nice including 2 large terraces, one at the front and one at the rear of 70 m2 completely private under a wooden pergola including an outdoor lounge in braided resin. The garden is enclosed and private.

Maison fraîche et au calme

Maison de vacances agréable, située dans une résidence très calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les extérieurs, la grande terrasse ombragée et le salon de jardin. Plage de Nauzan à 20mn à pied. Commerces de proximité à 5, 10 mn en longeant ou traversant un très beau parc Lave vaisselle remplacé pendant notre séjour.

Prestations pas à la hauteur de l’annonce

Ménage non réalisé dans la cuisine à notre arrivée le 29 juillet 2023 pour une semaine de séjour (four et micro ondes très très sales, cafetière avec café moisi dans le filtre); lave vaisselle en panne depuis plus de 15 jours et toujours pas réparé avant notre départ; pelouse non tondue ( 30 cm); 4 transats dont 2 défoncés; poubelle non vidée; BBQ idem avec reste de viande, lumière défectueuse dans une chambre, dimension d’un lit différent du descriptif qui nous a obligé à acheter du linge de lit en urgence et finalement des échanges téléphoniques avec les propriétaires décevants devant les préjudices (de plus, un commentaire désobligeant à notre égard : nous sommes qualifiés de « pénibles ». Nous avons remonté la situation à Abritel avec photos à l’appui pour prouver notre bonne foi. Le tarif payé est loin d’être justifié par la prestation.
