Tout était parfait pour un séjour repos et grand air. Le logement était très agréable, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Propriétaire très accueillant.

Un hôte très accueillant et un logement très agréable avec jardin clôturé pour nos 2 chiens ce qui était très appréciable ! En bonus une tempête mais sans dommage ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Tout parfait

Emplacement top pour profiter de l’océan et visiter les alentours ( de Royan à La Rochelle, en passant par l’île de Ré et d’oleron). Plages sur des kms pour farniente ou se promener ! Cottage nickel, propre, bien équipé avec un extérieur très agréable pour profiter du matin au soir. Belle découverte de Saint Palais que nous ne connaissions pas du tout : son centre et son marché ! Très sympa. A proximité, vente de fruits de mer excellents recommandé par le propriétaire. Merci à Joël pour son accueil sympathique, sa disponibilité et sa bonne humeur. Sans hésitation, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Situation idéale

Gîte idéalement situé face à la mer et aux plages. A 5mn à pied se trouvent boulangerie et commerces de bouche. Nombreux restaurant (de qualité) à proximité. La location est au calme en retrait de la route avec un agréable jardin ainsi qu’un parking privatif clos. Les animaux sont acceptés ce qui représente un pré requis incontournable pour nous. Hôte particulièrement aimable et avenant. Nous recommandons chaudement ce gîte.

Une maison charmante idéalement située

Cette maison au charme indéniable nous a séduit aussitôt pour son confort, sa clarté et surtout son grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur de notre cocker. Située a quelques mètres de la plage, c'est vraiment pas utile de prendre sa voiture et la piste cyclable passe juste devant. On a apprécié le calme de cottage et l'accueil chaleureux de Joël le propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Que de bons souvenirs, merci

Nous sommes arrivée très en retard et la gentillesse de Joël nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise. L'accueil est parfait, nous avons pris possession du Cottage et immédiatement nous nous sommes senti en vacances, les petits chocolats à notre arrivée, les explications que nous a donné Joël sur la région sont les petits plus que nous avons appréciés. Le cottage est en retrait de la route au calme avec un jardin clôturé pour notre toutou et l'accès à la plage n'est pas une publicité mensongère, c'est vraiment à coté, en face une piste cyclable et la vue du phare de cordouan, nous avons profité du cadre magnifique de la cote de beauté. Les conditions d'hygiène sont irréprochables et la qualité de la location mérite la note de 5 étoiles, nous recommandons cette locations sans hésitation.

Tres tres agréable séjour

Le cottage est très agréable avec son grand jardin. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour et nous reviendrons. Le confort y est parfait, c'est un écrin de verdure en bord de plage et très calme. Il y a une vrai proximité avec la plage. Joel nous a reçu chaleureusement malgré nos 3 heures de retard. Séjour parfait pour nous et notre toutou. Je recommande sans problème.
