GREAT LOCATION

Big house, absolutely PERFECT location! Unfortunately the house was not very clean on arrival and it felt very stuffy and needed to be aired immediately as it had a smell of drains. The mop & broom provided were very dirty. The company provided one loo roll and very little cleaning products, no kitchen towel for the kitchen for drying dishes, it was all very basic. Sheets provided but no beds made. Pillows not comfortable. BUT the house has huge potential just needed a little TLC.

Saint Palais est très agréable et la location était bien situé. La cuisine manquait d'équipements

Nous sommes relativement satisfait de notre séjour par contre,nous avons été très surpris de ne pas avoir eu d'état des lieux en arrivant et de devoir déposer les clefs à notre départ chez Orpi,sans avoir d'interlocuteur.

Magnifique maison rénovée, en centre ville.

Ravis de notre séjour; la villa Jeanne d'Arc est idéalement placée (on peut tout faire à pieds), en plein centre ville, mais pas trop bruyante. Agréable jardin, même si gros vis à vis sur les voisins d'à coté (le terrain a été séparé en 2, et la haie en bordure de cloture n'a pas encore poussé) Rénovée récemment la maison est très agréable, grande, spacieuse et très pratique pour une tribu (5 chambres, 3 salles de bain flambant neuves) et tout est nickel. Seul bémol, le manque d'âme, car on sent que cette maison n'est pas habitée, mais que louée ... Il manque des jeux de sociétés, des livres, quelques photos. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great location but...

The property is ideally located & has been redone recently. However, we were expecting better standard and service for the price we paid and were disappointed with several aspects: the house was not very clean (particularly in the living areas, kitchen...), the kitchen was not well equipped, some of the furniture were falling apart, beds were not made (which is not a big deal but does not reflect the price...), towels provided were insufficient for the number of people and of very poor quality... I would like to mention though that the agency was responsive and tried to address our issues quickly.
