Maison mitoyenne toute proche de la plage, avec la piscine de la copro très agréable. Confort moderne, très bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée. Le bruit de la RN est un peu sensible en effet, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Pas un charme fou mais un logement très fonctionnel. J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver la première fois : demandez bien les indications, assez simples, qui pemettent de trouver du premier coup car le GPS envoie ailleurs.

Très bien pour se poser dans l'ouest de l'ile. La villa est bien située pour les visites dans le quart ouest sud. Elle est par ailleurs parfaitement agencée et équipée. L'accueil a été au top.La piscine partagée est un vrai complément aux baignades dans le lagon.Bref, nous recommandons la CAZ A NOU.

Super séjour

Super séjour à la Caz à nou!Hote très agréable Nous y avons passé 3 semaine l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter cette magnifique île.nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous.La climatisation est un vrai plus ainsi que la terrasse qui est très agréable.Hormis quelques petites choses à revoir je recommande vivement ce logement et espère qu’il sera disponible pour notre prochain voyage!

Urlaub im Paradies

Unser Urlaub war großartig. Das Ferienhaus ist fußläufig (in 5 Minuten) zum Strand gelegen. Es hat alles, was versprochen wurde. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut und hochwertig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht, inclusive Geschirrspüler. Die Waschmaschine war sehr nützlich und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die gesamte Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ist voller tropischer Pflanzen. In der Anlage sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 große Terrassen. Eine Terrasse verfügt über Grillmöglichkeiten und Platz zum Wäsche trocknen. Die andere Terrasse vor dem Wohnbereich ist mit einem großen Tisch und bequemen Stühlen, einer gemütlichen Lounge-Gruppe, 2 Sonnenliegen, einer (zusätzlichen) Außendusche und schöner Bepflanzung ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es ergänzend zur großen Küche im Haus noch eine Außen-Küche. Also wirklich sehr gemütlich und schön. Auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren vorhanden. 5 Tage vor unserem Urlaubsende fiel die Klimaanlage aus und die Reparatur war nicht sofort möglich. Es wurden unverzüglich 2 große Ventilatoren zur Verfügung bestellt. Für die Tage ohne Klimaanlage erhielten wir einen Rabatt.

Parfait

Joli villa moderne très bien équipée. Jolie terrasse très apprécié. Piscine juste en face de l'habitation, peu fréquentée et un peu froide à cette saison. La plage du lagon de la saline (très agréable et sécurisée par la barrière de corail) juste en face de la résidence, vraiment à 5 minutes à pied. Voiture indispensable (comme partout sur l'île). A 3/4 d'heure de St Pierre, 1h de saint denis (si ça roule bien), 1h30 à 2h du volcan suivant la route empruntée. Boulangerie, primeur et pizzeria (vraiment excellente, à ne pas rater) à 5 minutes à pied. Excellent emplacement pour visiter l'ouest et le sud de l'île, et pour ce reposer au calme. Je recommande vivement cette location.
