"The villa is located in Mont Roquefeuil in a pleasant, secure housing estate on a cul-de-sac, situated on the hills above the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.
Close to the Roches Noires beaches, the Lagon de l’Ermitage, and the Bassin Bleu Golf Course, you’ll be just five minutes from the fishing port, the marina, and numerous recreational activities, and a few minutes from the Route des Tamarins.
Everything is within walking distance: you can reach the beach and the Roches Noires harbour via trails in 10 minutes, as well as the supermarket, bakeries, and shops.
