Lou Clapas - Cozy Studio in the Hills

Enjoy a quiet stay in the heights of an Ardèche village. Private terrace with a view of a peaceful square, ideal for evenings and sunsets. Swimming pool in summer to cool off.

Access is via stone stairs, typical of Ardèche architecture.

The studio consists of a main room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with double bed, ideal for a couple or a small group of friends.
The kitchen is equipped for easy cooking, and the essentials are provided (coffee, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper...).

Access to the mezzanine is via a slightly narrow and steep staircase, which is quite passable, but should be taken into account when booking.

The property has a closed and covered garage that can accommodate motorbikes and bicycles.

The swimming pool measures 4m x 3m and is 1.30m deep. It is common to the different accommodation on the property. Its use may be conditioned by weather conditions and water temperature, especially at the beginning and end of the season.

In addition, the house has many external stone stairs, which gives it all its charm but requires special vigilance. Parents are fully responsible for the supervision of their children, especially young children.

In the village, several facilities are also accessible free of charge: petanque courts, a tennis court and a skate park. We can lend rackets and balls to enjoy the tennis court.

A charging station for electric cars is available on the village square.

All essential shops are nearby: butcher's, supermarket, bakery, caterer, florist, hairdresser, tobacconist, bar, restaurants, pharmacy, veterinary surgeon and doctor.PGJyPg
A greenway crosses the village and allows beautiful bike rides or walks. It can lead to Aubenas, and some routes also reach Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.

For the more sporty, nice bike rides are possible upstream from the village, especially in the direction of Banne.

A market is held every Friday morning and a flea market animates the village every Monday morning.
