Grocery, restaurant 350 m, bakery 500 m, café 400 m, bus stop "Chateauneuf centre" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes marins" 14 km. Nearby attractions: Intra-muros 13 km, Dinard 16 km, Saint Suliac 4 km, Cancale 16 km, Aquarium de Saint-Malo 9 km, Le Mont Saint-Michel 41 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Malo, 13 km.

Exit to the veranda. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 15 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
