  • In the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park, in a quiet, unspoiled setting perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities, a charming holiday rental located just 4 minutes from the ski lifts. In the heart of the Chartreuse Mountains, in a quiet, unspoiled setting with no direct neighbors, this small, detached, characterful barn has been fully renovated in a mountain style. It is comfortable and bright, featuring a terrace and south-facing yard, a fire pit, panoramic views, and a private indoor sauna. The cottage is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor: a combined living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette set, and two induction burners. On the ground floor, on the mezzanine: TV/DVD, single armchair, bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm). On the lower level (access via a few steps): toilet, sauna, and bathroom with walk-in shower. No internet connection. Starting from the cottage: mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing. BMX trails. Fishing. Monastery of the Grande Chartreuse, Cirque de St Même, tree-top adventure course, via ferrata. Balnéo Oréade restaurant. New Fraisses chairlift less than five minutes away!
