Very pleasant stay in St. Pierre

Beautiful and very quiet home to stay located in the island center. Very much space for a family of 4 or even 6-8, modern equipment, everything very clean. Fantastic garden with pool back to the church of St. Pierre including chorals in the evening hours ... Plenty of shops and restaurants to be reached by foot in less than two minutes. Car is needed to get to the beaches. Merci beaucop Fanny and Christoph for everything !

Globalement agréable mais:L’autre logement avec lequel le jardin est partagé est mitoyen (c’est une maison coupée en 3 logements bien que le 3eme logement n’accède pas à la piscine). L’insonorisation est moyenne et si vous voulez profiter du côté agréable du jardin, vous êtes juste à côté de la table des voisins. Le jardin sur le côté de la maison pourrait être dédié à un logement pour offrir plus d’intimité à chacun mais à ce jour il dispose juste d’une pseudo terrasse pas entretenue ni qualitative à côté de laquelle sont stockées des planches et des ardoises. Cela dénote avec le reste et avec le niveau de prestation mis en avant.La piscine et le reste du jardin sont très agréables bien qu’à ce niveau de prix, nous aurions apprécié que la dernière latte de terrasse soit fixée et non mise à la verticale contre le mur.Tout le mobilier de jardin et la terrasse étaient sales à notre arrivée. Excuse avancée: « on y peut rien, c’est à cause des goélands ». Nous avons donc tout nettoyé et n’avons pas eu besoin de le refaire pendant le séjour…un effort là-dessus serait appréciable. L’ajout de quelques fauteuils au rez-de-chaussée serait une piste pour améliorer la convivialité de l’espace de vie intérieur.Les points positifs sont nombreux: décoration soignée, emplacement à la fois calme et juste à côté du cœur de ville, cuisine très bien équipée, place de parking, belle vue sur l’église depuis le jardin, piscine chauffée et mobilier extérieur confortable.

Séjour agréable

Maison décorée avec goût, idéale pour des vacances en famille. La piscine avec jardin est un plus. Située au cœur de la ville, sous le clocher de l'église, à proximité des restaurants, magasins, etc.... Une maison qui a de l'histoire. Accueil chaleureux de Fanny et Christophe. Un séjour merveilleux

La maison est très chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et si bien équipée (il ne manque absolument rien !!) Le jardin aussi est fabuleux ! Un petit havre de paix pourtant situé en plein coeur de Saint Pierre. Merci Christophe pour votre grande gentillesse et de vous être demené pour nous fournir le matériel pour 2 bébés !! Merci Fanny pour votre accueil et d'avoir répondu à toutes nos demandes avec autant de gentillesse et rapidité ! Nous reviendrons créer davantage de souvenirs entre cousins cousines c'est sur !!
