Ideally located in the heart of the island on the west coast, La Cotinière is a lively, authentic fishing port open year-round. The house sits in a quiet residential area, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
With 57 m² of living space and a 150 m² enclosed garden, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the beaches, port, and shops, and only 200 m from cycle paths. The main town, Saint-Pierre-d’Oléron, is 3 km away.
Fully renovated in 2019, the house offers a bright living room with sofa, dining area, and TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 × 210 cm bed, and another with a 140 cm bed and a single bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. A utility room with washing machine is available. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is provided.
Outside, enjoy a secure courtyard—ideal for children—and two terraces: one facing south, the other north, so you can enjoy the sun any time of day. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers are provided. A secure shelter is available for bikes.
For your comfort, electricity is metered at check-in and check-out. Daily consumption is included per person; any extra use is available for an additional fee.
