La Maison des Vignes is located in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, along one of the region’s famous wine routes. Just 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion, the house is ideally situated for exploring the area. A swimming lake is only 5 minutes away, and the ocean can be reached by car in under an hour.



This charming country home welcomes you and your family in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards. The large park around the property offers the perfect environment for relaxation and outdoor activities, whether on foot or by bike. Enjoy the private pool and summer kitchen for a truly restful stay. A climbing wall is available 10 minutes away in Frontenac.



Shops and local amenities are less than 10 minutes away by car, and small supermarkets are within 2 km.



The Bordeaux Wine Route "Route des Bastides" invites you to discover castles, Romanesque churches, Benedictine abbeys, and historic towns, and to taste young, fresh wines in moderation.



This route is perfect for exploring the vineyards of Entre-Deux-Mers, combining wine and culture with visits to medieval abbeys, bastides, and sites linked to famous local writers Montaigne and Mauriac.

Lovely property

Eric is very easy to communicate with. The property is lovely. Quiet. Well-equipped. Nice garden. Very nice small pool. About 20 min from Sauternes center.

This was a lovely villa in a beautiful area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool- (possibly older teenagers (which we didnt have) may have found it big enough between them?). However, it was perfect for the ages of our children - [four of them aged between 5 and 13]. The location was great for a wine tasting tour of a local vinyard (Carsin Vinyard - really informative and friendly), day trips to St Emillion and back to Bordeaux twice. Great supermarket nearby in Cadillac. Beautiful accomodation, great sized bedrooms, washing machine (great having kids in the pool all the time!!!), BBQ and outside eating space, loungers and chairs, great sized indoor spaces too. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect holiday, or a more perfect host!!!! :) (just take mosquito repellent- i found out i react to bites)

Cadillac supermarket was massive- you can get everything there, food, gifts, drinks etc. Also there is a local farmers market in Cadillac which was a great experience

Fantastisk hus i rolige omgivelser

Pros: Husets pool var fantastisk, køkkenet og udeafsnittet, det var der vi opholdte os mest. Det er et meget smukt sted. Værten var så hjælpsom og sød, og stod til rådighed, når vi havde spørgsmål, og han informerede os om alle de smukke steder der var værd at besøge under vores ophold. Cons: Opvaskemaskinen vaskede ikke rent. Vi vaskede op i hånden meget af tiden. Værten var ude at udbedre problemet, men det blev ikke løst. Den samme oplevelse havde vi med vaskemaskinen, hvor strømmen også slog relæet, mens den kørte.

Dejligt hus med lækker pool og omgivelser

Pros: Huset havde en dejlig pool og var som på billederne. Alt fungerede perfekt. Vi var afsted 8 personer og havde en fantastisk ferie i 8 dage. Værten Eric var helt formidabel og så imødekommende. Vi kommer gerne igen ❤️😀 Cons: Ingenting
