Beautiful 3 bedroom property, with private courtyard and garden
Relax with the whole family in the Courtyard House of the former sausage factory. Enjoy stunning countryside views over the Perigord Vert in the north Dordogne, with your own private enclosed garden, courtyard terrace, BBQ and firepit. Share other facilities on site such as the swimming pool, honour bar, petanque and other games. Or simply relax and walk in the extensive grounds. The village with basic amenities is less than a 10 minute easy stroll away.
This spacious (approx. 140m2) and attractive gite is a guest favourite and has recently been completely renovated. It has 3 large bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children comfortably. The gite has a fully equipped kitchen, with dining table, a downstairs bathroom and separate toilet. A beautiful spacious, light and airy lounge with sofa and chairs. TV and Wi Fi. The Gite also offers an enclosed private garden with courtyard and grassed area, dining table, comfortable outdoor seating and a fire pit.
