Relax with the whole family in the Master's House of the former sausage factory. Enjoy stunning countryside views over the Perigord Vert in the north Dordogne, with your own private enclosed garden, terrace, large outdoor dining table, and BBQ Share other facilities on site such as the swimming pool, honour bar, petanque and other games. Or simply relax and walk in the extensive grounds.
The village with basic amenities is less than a 10 minute easy stroll away.

This attractive and very spacious house (approx. 200m2) used to be the original residence of La Saucisserie and is packed with authentic features and architecture. It has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with all conveniences, has 4 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. It has 3 double bedrooms for adults or kids and one kids room for 4 with a two double bunk beds

Close to Thiviers and Brantome and about an hour from Perigueux and Limoges, we are ideally placed for exploring all the Dordogne has to offer.

Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday as a couple or with the whole family. In a beautiful rural setting you will find your holiday home with its own enclosed garden for privacy or you can play or rest in our extensive garden area. All our holiday homes are equipped with everything you need and have recently been renovated and decorated.

The large 5 acre site (26,000m2) is a paradise for children. A large lawn, playground equipment, trampoline, secured swimming pool, and much more. Because of the various holiday homes on the site, you have the opportunity to "socialise" but you can also retire to your own place for some peace and quiet.

Nearby in St Pierre De Frugie is a shop for groceries and a great little restaurant/bar. La Coquille is a larger town 6km away with banks, electric car charge points, supermarkets, garage, bakery and butchers.
