Belle locatiin bien équipée avec salon exterieur et coin repas extérieur. Lieu tres agreable spacieux et confortable . Merci à Mme Sanchez pour son accueil simple ,raffiné et sa discretion . Situeé a 15 mn dela plage de St Pierre ,la location est un bon compromis entre plage et randonnées .

Si vous hésitez à sélectionner ce logement, n hésitez plus c est le bon. Il est très bien équipé même si la propriétaire est au dessus, elle se fait la plus discrète possible, vous ne la voyez jamais cela ne l empêche pas d être présente dés que vous avez besoin d un renseignement. Nous y avons passé deux super mois et nous aurions aimé pouvoir prolongé notre séjour si notre emploi du temps nous l aurez permis. Bravo pour ce bel endroit

Des échanges avec notre hôtesse aux services proposés : ce fut très agréable. Prévoir effectivement une voiture parce qu’autant les hauts de Mont Vert sont jolis, autant cela est un peu éloigné des transports les plus réguliers.

Belle vue, belle maison.

Très beau cadre dans les hauteurs avec vue sur mer et sur saint Pierre. Une maison avec piscine très agréable et très paisible pour se reposer en famille. A noter toutefois que la maison de la propriétaire est mitoyenne et très proche.

Très chouette maison, très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très agréable. Magnifique piscine. Super terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Magnifique vue sur St Pierre, notamment pour le coucher de soleil. Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région. Le point qui peut être légèrement négatif est qu'il faut prendre sa voiture pour aller dans les commerces ou en ville (éloigné de qqes km du centre). Très agréable contacts avec la propriétaire et grande facilité de s'arranger avec. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Un coin de paradis à découvrir !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison du 30 juin au 19 juillet 2018. Tout d'abord, des dates de séjour assez modulables suivant les vols et ça, c'est un vrai plus. La maison correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Rien n'a redire. Tout est là pour passer un séjour plus qu'agréable: l'espace intérieur, les équipements tant intérieurs qu'extérieurs ainsi qu'un savant mélange entre présence et discrétion absolue de la part de la propriétaire. Comme annoncé, la piscine n'est pas chauffée mais ça n'a pas empêché nos garçons (10 et 15 ans) de tout de même en profiter même durant cet hiver austral. Présence d'une ligne de bus assez régulière vers St Pierre mais la voiture est tout de même un indispensable pour profiter aisément des alentours. Je ne peux clôturer ce petit avis sans insister sur la vue magnifique qui s'offre aux visiteurs depuis la maison et l'extérieur. La terrasse couverte est en cela le top pour pouvoir en profiter à toutes heures de la journée. Bref, on a été tous les 4 conquis par le lieu. Avis aux prochains (chanceux) amateurs ;-)

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet allen versprochenen Komfort und wir wären rundum zufrieden gewesen, aber leider sind die 6-8 Hunde der Vermieterin ausgebrochen und haben Pool und Veranda derart verschmutzt, dass wir sie an den letzten beiden Urlaubstagen nicht mehr nutzen konnten. Schade
