Superb renovation combining old-world charm and modernity for this large house with five bedrooms (4 with sea views), bathroom and shower room, which can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Facing the sea, your gaze will sweep the horizon from Roscoff to Carantec, and you'll be the privileged spectators of a marine spectacle that changes every minute, the waves, sun and wind being actors whose inspiration is matched only by the beauty of what they offer you. Two electric bicycles and a charging station for your electric vehicle are at your disposal. Although the house has no official certification, it is particularly well adapted for people with reduced mobility: access ramp, spacious rooms, two large bedrooms on the ground floor and a large bathroom also on the ground floor.
