Located 1 km from the village of St Pompont, this 42 m² detached wooden chalet offers: Ground floor: Open-plan fitted kitchen/living room; shower room with shower and toilet; First floor: One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm); Partially covered terrace with garden furniture; Electric heating; Unfenced grounds; Gas barbecue; Baby equipment available on request and subject to availability: one travel cot.
Household linen, towels, sheets, electricity, and heating are included. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. A shared, unheated swimming pool (opposite the chalet) is available with three other rentals. Dimensions: 5 m x 10 m; Depth: 1 m to 1.50 m; Open from June 1st to September 30th; Secured by a barrier and alarm. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, the Soutou cottages are located in the Périgord countryside, on the hills above a typical village with basic amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market).

You can explore the many treasures of the local heritage (castles, fortified towns, gardens, caves, etc.), visit Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage just 29 km away, or enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, golf, canoeing, swimming in the Dordogne River, etc.).
