The house accommodates up to 6 people and consists of three independent accommodation:
-Le Boudoir, an independent studio located on the ground floor, with kitchenette, TV and private terrace.
- L'Alcôve, an independent room located at the entrance of the property, on the ground floor, with TV and private terrace.
- La Confidente, is an elegant room, located on the 2nd floor of the house, with king size bed (180 × 200 cm), bathtub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. A real cocoon.

Each has its own private or dedicated bathroom and toilet, offering comfort and privacy. Carefully decorated in a chic and refined spirit, these spaces invite you to relax.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room with library and television, a convivial dining room, as well as several outdoor spaces: covered terrace, private terraces, garden and heated swimming pool.

Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, near Hautefort and Montignac, the house is the ideal starting point to discover the most beautiful villages, castles, Lascaux caves, gardens and gastronomy of the Dordogne, before returning, every evening, to the calm and tranquility of your holiday home.

A charming, elegant and authentic place, perfect for a stay with family or friends, where rest, nature and silence are the true luxuries. Deposit required: a security deposit of €1,500 is required at the latest 2 days before your arrival, by bank transfer). If this deposit is not paid, the handover of the keys and access to the accommodation cannot be granted and the reservation will be cancelled in accordance with the rental conditions. The deposit will be returned in full the day after departure, after checking the condition of the accommodation, if no damage or breach of the rental conditions is found.
