- Typical Provencal Bastidon of a hundred square meters (plus outbuilding) located at the end of a path lined with cork oaks, out of prying eyes and having 3,000m² of private land enclosed in lush vegetation composed of cork oaks , holm oaks, oleanders, thyme, and other Mediterranean species.
Facing south with private pool, Pool House, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, bathroom with large spa shower, separate wc, beautiful fitted kitchen, utility room, large tiled terrace in front of the house and under the pool house with barbecue, WiFi internet.
**** This house is ecological we have many solar panels on the roof which allows us to be self-consumed, we consume the electricity we produce (solar energy produced by the panels) for the house, the swimming pool, etc ...
Very pleasant area in absolute calm 5 minutes from the village, secure parking on the estate, village 2 km.
