About this property

Magnificent villa with heated infinity pool in Saint-Raphaël

  • Villa 200 m2 in residential area - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms (walk-in shower) - Luxuriant garden not overlooked - Heated pool (without protective barriers).
    Children must be good swimmers.

    The entire property (house, garden, pool) is dedicated to tenants. No space is shared.

    We are happy to welcome and entrust our villa to clean and respectful people.

    As the law provides the pool is equipped with a safety device to prevent the risk of drowning, especially young children, however as the pool is not fenced we wish to accommodate children knowing perfectly swim.


    Excellent quality of accommodation, comfort, cleanliness, brightness and functionality.

    Living room, in the heart of the house open on the terrace for a living in outside.

    Kitchen, dining room and lounge in the same space for maximum conviviality.
