located in the marina. Great access in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. No parking at the hotel for free - pay outside which is very limited. Some free parking ( if you are lucky) in nearby roads Please note that men in France are not allowed in the swimming pool in swimming shorts they have to be tight swimming trunks! My husband was refused entry to the hotel pool by the hotel pool guard because he was wearing swimming shorts. Apparently its a rule in France that in communal pool areas you need for hygiene reasons (?) tight swimming trunks. Whilst the hotel were apologetic the pool isn't their pool but it belongs to the property company who manage the pool with an officious pool guard!

Geen vier sterren waardig, mischien 2,5 a 3 sterren. Verouderd slecht onderhouden,kleine badkamer vast tapijt in de kamer vies,muren en deuren tonen gebrek aan onderhouh,terras smerig.om de zee te zien moest je totaal over het terras buigen.wij zijn dan ook een dag vroeger vertrokken.helemaal niet prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Excellente situation. Personnel très serviable, parking souterrain. Bémols: pas de distributeur de café dans le hall lorsqu’on ne souhaite pas prendre de petite déjeuner. Rien d’ouvert aux environs avant 7:30 pas de dosettes de lait dans la chambre , uniquement 2 verres en carton. Ascenseur sans climatisation et très lent.

Unprofessional - nice location

Rooms were not ready at the time promised, several guests were waiting. Pool rules were ridiculous, only tight trunks/speedos, no Coca Cola zero allowed etc. No cleaning one day and no towels the next Nice location on the beach in the harbour

Niet op Mercure niveau

Vergane glorie hotel dat overgenomen is door Mercure maar nog lang niet de uitstraling heeft dat bij een Mercure hoort. Wij hadden geen handdoeken op de kamer die we zelf moesten halen bij de receptie. Een van de twee liften werkte niet waardoor je er erg lang over deed om uit het hotel te komen of om je kamer te komen. Een zeer krappe parkeergarage waar je moeilijk in kan manouvreren om te parkeren. Kortom: hier is wat werk aan de winkel.

recherche appartement dans le Var

Bien accueillie, chambre propre pour le second voyage chasse d'eau un seul système fonctionne, il faudrait passer l'aspirateur (pas fait) Le petit déjeuner copieux pas intéressant pour un café et un morceau de briioche ou autre, le bar devrait servir du café le matin et mettre petits croissants sur le bar avec prix corrrespondant bien sûr. Pendant mes deux voyages dîner sur place nourriture bonne, satisfaisante; Le serveur s'est présenté avec jean noir déchiré aux genoux (volontaire) tenue non adequate pour le service, dommage il est sympa. Hotel et personnel agréables.

Hôtel situé idéalement sur le port de Frejus avec l’environnement qui va avec. J’ai choisi cet hôtel avec critères « SPA/PISCINE » pour le côté détente en fin de journée, mais en arrivant (peu avant 18h00) je demande à l’accueil les modalités du SPA et malheureusement il faut payer un supplément mais surtout ça ferme à 18h00, donc déception de ce côté là. Sinon le personnel est vraiment très professionnel et à l’écoute, l’établissement un peu vieillissant mais bien tenu. Compte tenu du qualité / prix c’est très bien.
