Welcome to La Belle Endormie, a spacious and comfortable family home with breathtaking views over its lush garden. This peaceful retreat promises comfort, tranquility, and all the charm of nature, while being perfectly situated near amenities and attractions.

The shaded terrace, draped in a lovely vine trellis, provides a cool and inviting space to enjoy meals outdoors. Whether you're sharing a family dinner or simply relaxing with an aperitif, the garden view adds an enchanting backdrop to every moment. The garden lounge, also set on the terrace, offers a cozy corner for relaxation, perfect for unwinding with a drink or enjoying a board game while overlooking the property.

Inside, the spacious living room revolves around a modern fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With three comfortable sofas, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large screen TV... an ideal space for family gatherings or movie nights ! The open kitchen, equipped with ample countertop space and everything needed for cooking, is perfect for preparing memorable meals.

For your comfort, all four bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning allowing you to select and program the best temperature for each room.

The house features a bathroom with a toilet, a shower room with a toilet, and a third independent toilet.

Families with young children will appreciate the range of available amenities, including a changing table, bath seat, baby bed, travel crib, high chair, and child safety car seat—just let us know what are your needs, when you make your reservation.

Situated at an altitude of 380 meters, the house is surrounded by greenery, offering refreshing cool nights even in the summer. You can enjoy a restful night’s sleep with the windows wide open, thanks to the mosquito screens.

You will have exclusive use of the property, including the gardens and pool !

The property is home to two horses, chickens, rabbits, and a very friendly dog who absolutely adores children.

The garden is partly enclosed, the house is ideally located at the end of a private cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood, ensuring peace and privacy.

We provide bathroom linens, which should only be used for the pool or beach. Each guest will receive one large bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. For longer stays than a week, we offer linen changes and fresh bedding (available for an additional fee of €150).

Garden steps lead up to the entrance porch:

From the entrance porch, you can access the shower room and toilet, then enter the 70 m² living area.
Living room with a fireplace, 3 sofas, coffee tables, and storage units.
Dining table and chairs for 12 people.
Open kitchen with a snack bar for 5 people.

Stairs leading to the upper floor:
A 12 m² open room, ideal for a study or library as well as kids playing area.
-> A private 12 m² bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, wardrobe, double glazing, air conditioning, and the possibility to add a baby bed and changing table on request.

The other three bedrooms are in the "night" section of the house, separate from the rest of the living areas. They are organized around an internal garden:
-> A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, small desk, wardrobe, and a private terrace in the inner patio.
A bedroom with two single beds, small desk, and wardrobe.
-> A master suite suitable for 4 people. This is composed of a 180 cm double bed (two 90 cm beds with a mattress topper) + two single beds, a desk, wardrobe, and bedside tables. Upon request, the suite can also be arranged as four single beds. The master suite opens onto a private south-facing terrace with a garden view.

A full bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bidet.

An independent toilet located in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.

1 km from the village (restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctors, etc.)
600 meters from a small "Carrefour Contact" supermarket with a 24/7 gas station. The supermarket is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM.
15 minutes from the picturesque perched villages of Fayence, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux, Seillans, Mons... So much to discover!
20 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur: Saint-Aygulf, Saint-Raphael, Fréjus, Agay...
1 hour from Nice International Airport.

The owners, who are very discreet and friendly, live in a small completely independent house on the property (with its own independent access and parking area). Both houses have no view to one another nor do the owners have a view to the pool or to the terrace of the main house ! This ensures that both parties can enjoy their privacy !!

The owners will be available to feed the animals, clean the pool, and maintain the vegetable garden. They are happy to offer suggestions for local walks, excursions, and visits. However, if you prefer not to see them, they will respect your privacy and remain invisible from you ;-)

"LA BELLE ENDORMIE" is a large family house consisting of a living room of 70 m2 overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace which overlooks the landscaped garden and the swimming pool.
Kitchen opens to the living room. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc and a shower room with wc.

Innumerable board games, toys for children, and all the necessary equipment for young children (changing table, bath seat, baby bed, cot, high chair, child seat for car ... - to claim during your reservation please)

 We are at an altitude of 380 meters, surrounded by greenery and enjoy cool nights even in the height of summer.

The owners (very discreet ... and kind :))) housed in an independent house with independent access, ensure the cleaning of the swimming pool as well as the maintenance of the garden and animals (2 horses, some hens and rabbits living in a hen pen, and a Border Collie dog).
They will be able to advise you on the most beautiful walks and discoveries ...

You will have exclusive use of the property (gardens and swimming pool)!

The bathroom linen is also provided, provided it is not used for the pool or the beach please. It includes per person: 1 large bath towel, a hand towel, a washcloth.

For rentals longer than one week: all sheets and towels can be changed and the beds redone. (Service on request with a supplement of 150 €).

Arrival and departure on Sunday to avoid traffic jams on the holiday route :-)
