For shared use: natural state property 18 ha. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 30 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bakery 7 km, pedestrian zone 7 km, bus stop "Beaumont-du-Périgord" 13 km.
