Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There were no blankets on the beds and when we called reception, we were told that in the fine print it states only sheets are provided. It was 11 degrees out. We were told to crank up the heat which was ridiculous. We had to go buy blankets ourselves at a nearby store for our children. It was filthy. Because of the filth and condensation in the room (photos were sent) we were provided with another room, but we were forced to pay for the cleaning fee. This room was moderately better, but there was a dirty blanket cover on the bed with a giant yellow stain on it, and dirty dishes. A bad experience overall. I would not recommend.
