  • A fully renovated farmhouse available for rent in March 2018, located in a beautiful, quiet village 20 km from the beaches.<br><br>Ideal for visiting the D-Day beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, the Cotentin Peninsula, and the Bayeux Tapestry. There are also many hiking trails for walking or biking.<br>Start your trip on the Channel Islands: Jersey, Guernsey, or Chausey.<br>There are many castles and churches to visit, not to mention Norman cuisine.<br><br>A detached house with a private yard, separated by a wall for your peace and quiet.<br>On the ground floor, a bright living room with a built-in kitchen and a seating area with a TV and free WiFi. Large window overlooking the outdoors.<br>A powder room on the ground floor with a shower and sink. perfect voor 2 personen, slaapkamers bevinden zich boven.keuken goed ingericht, functionele badkamer, apparte WC.Verhuurder discreet, veel privacy, maar is er, indien nodig.Goed contact spreekt ook engels.Mooie rustige zandstranden op 20KM

Excellent Séjour

Le gîte est parfait en tout point! Équipements au top, ménage impeccable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, les pièces sont suffisamment spacieuses, parfaitement agencées. La déco est soignée. Le gîte est au calme en pleine campagne. Le propriétaire est souriant, accueillant Et très discret. Parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine ou plus en famille. Nous recommandons vivement! souriant et de bons conseils

Net klein verblijf in klein dorp met interessante omgeving

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in St Michel de la Pierre met 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners. Het verblijf is beneden niet groot en heeft boven 2 zeer ruime slaapkamers. De slaapkamers zijn alleen gescheiden door een deur. Beneden is het sanitair en open keuken naast de kleine woonkamer. De keuken is uitgerust met alle mogelijke apparaten; vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven, magnetron, koffie- en warm water apparaat, gasfornuis en toaster. In de keuken en in de douche is (heel) heet water beschikbaar en de douche heeft een krachtige straal. Er hangt een kaart van de streek in de kamer wat helpt bij het plannen van trips. Het dorp is heerlijk rustig, maar de mooie dingen in de omgeving zijn niet ver weg. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en helpt je indien nodig. Hij geeft uitleg bij aankomst en is bereikbaar voor vragen. We hebben voor vertrek nog gezellig praatje met hem gemaakt!

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a expliqué le gîte et ses commodités ainsi que tius les lieux à découvrir dans cette belle région ! Toujours à l'écoute et prompt à répondre lorsqu'on l'interpelle. Tb !

Logement bien placé mais inadéquat pour plus de 2 personnes

Logement bien placé pour visiter la Manche qui a été suffisant pour nous loger: une adulte avec 2 jeunes adolescents. Mais heureusement que mon mari ne logeait pas là car nous aurions été à l'étroit. Locaux propres car récemment rénovés. Les deux chambres de l'étage ne sont pas du tout séparées, il faut passer par celle des parents pour aller dans celle où se trouvent les lits jumeaux. Une porte fine sépare les deux espaces : intimité impossible. La proximité de l'église pourrait s'avérer gênante pour ceux qui cherchent le calme, de même que le moteur de l'AC des propriétaires qui donne directement sur la cour de la location et s'entend incessamment (le bruit n'est certes pas fort mais il correspond néanmoins à un léger bruit de moteur). Salle de Douche extrêmement petite sans aération donnant directement sur le petit salon cuisine, idem, WC sans aération donnant directement sur le salon cuisine salle à manger. Difficile de trouver un peu d'intimité.

gîte confortable bien situé pour visiter du mont Saint Michel à la pointe du Cotentin et les plages du débarquement. Accueil chaleureux et bons conseils de Pascal pour les visites.

Mitigée

Logement conforme aux photos, très propre et bien équipé. Mais salle de douche très petite, prévoir d’emmener produit vaisselle, éponge, PH. Il y avait quelques pastilles pour le lave vaisselle (celui-ci étant d’ailleurs un mini lave-vaisselle) Emplacement central certes mais qui demande au minimum 20 minutes de route pour voir quelque chose.

Vakantiehuisje voor 2 personen is ideaal . Alles is aanwezig en verzorgd . Wat meer groen buiten had gezellig geweest . Nu is het terras verhard met asfalt . Het gaf aan ons een wat sombere indruk .

Beautiful gite in a rura location

Gite is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very well lit. Rural location and near to Coutances where the municipal gardens are well worth a visit because of the spectacular plantings.

Urlaub auf dem Land - Esel und Croissants

Wir waren die ersten Gäste. Alles neu und sauber. Das notwendigste war da. Kleines Dorf mitten auf dem Land. Netter Vermieter. Nicht so schön war, dass das Kinderzimmer nur durch das Elternschlafzimmer erreicht werden konnte und dass man sehr laut die Wasserleitung der anderen Haushälfte hörte, wenn die Bewohner da waren. Sonst zentral für Ausflüge in der Manche. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.
