The pool area was a welcome relief from the heat and the shaded area meant we could use it even at the hottest part of the day. The local host Lucy was super helpful and quick to address any queries/ minor issues we had. Lovely picturesque area to cycle around. Un seul petit bémol sur l'entretien de la piscine qui n'avait visiblement pas été fait pour notre arrivée. Seule une personne a osé se baigner."

"LIKED Friendly, helpful staff. Quirkiness of the decor and furniture that you only find in French hotels. Overall cleanliness. Very comfortable bed and room. Ample breakfast. Availability of tea and coffee. DIDN’T LIKE (just minor things) Parking very tight and therefore tricky, no milk with the tea and coffee (though got a jug on request). No slip mat in bath when using overhead shower, nor any handles. Coffee at breakfast served in an open jug so went cold by the second cup."
