"This house is in a good spot. The village has a tourest information and a small shop. 10 mins drive from Pauillac, 30 mins drive to hourtin Lake which is lovely for a beach day and 10 minutes further to hourtin plage for Atlantic beach town and surfing. Surrounded by amazing wineries and chateaus this pretty house is in a great spot in a quiet village. It has everything you need and the host even left us a lovely bottle of vin rouge. Fairytale Chateau with pool surrounded by vineyard and parc

10/10 Excellent

"We had the most amazing time staying in Estelle’s chateau. She was a brilliant host - giving us a tour of the property including the history - and helped me with ideas for an itinerary for our trip.We had 19 adults and 1 baby stay - the chateau was even better than pictured - incredibly beautiful, all the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the facilities were great for hosting such a large party (kitchen utensils, pool towels, bbq etc.). I also highly recommend doing the wine tour with Estelle as we learned so much from her about tasting and production.I will think of any excuse to come back and do the whole thing again! Thank you again Estelle!"
