Charming seaside housebungalow 80m2, situated in very pleasant and quiet location.
Ideal for couple or family with 2-3 children. Includes pretty south-west facing 400m2 garden (fenced) with mature shady trees and flowering shrubbs. Possibly to park car in garden.
The house is just 20 meters from a small beach, however all beaches in the south of the island are within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes on bicycle: including the bay of Gatseau, the savage coast and the Maumusson spit, the " Grande Plage" a beach that is 12 kilometers long by 300 meters wide.
A wide variety of local activities can be enjoyed : walking and horse riding in the national park forest reserve, Yacht club, tennis club, fishing, Spa and extensive cycle tours.
Local Farmers market ( open every day) and all shopsammennities are located less than 500 meters from the house.

Sehr schönes, meernahes, kleines Ferienhaus mit sonnigem Garten. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Küche vollwertig eingerichtet. Leider, obwohl in der Beschreibung angegeben, kein Internet/ W-lan. Pascal und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz unbeständigem Wetter alles in Allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr freundlicher, sympathischer Eigentümer empfängt und verabschiedet die Gäste. Haus und Garten geräumig, hell, geschmackvoll gestaltet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung zweckmäßig und originell. Kein WLAN-Router. Ein wirklich bequemes, etwas größeres Sofa wäre vielleicht wünschenswert. Lage sehr gut - Ile d'Oléron ist eine Empfehlung, wenn man Frankreich, Austern, die Natur und den wilden Atlanktik liebt, etwas Französich kann, Fahrräder mitnimmt und die Dinge etwas legère sieht. Nix für Party-Touristen. Abschied nach 12 Übernachtungen war nicht leicht.

Très bon séjour !

Très jolie maison de plein pied avec de beaux espaces et un très chouette jardin entièrement clos qui est très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. La localisation est parfaite ! Possibilité de tout faire à pied ou en vélo. Seul petit bémol est l'humidité dans la maison à cette époque de l'année, mais avec un petit coup chauffage on retrouve une atmosphère très agréable. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances en famille !!

Der perfekte Sommerurlaub 2021

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ab dem ersten Tag fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies und wahrt die Privatsphäre. Der Standort ist perfekt um die Sonnenaufgänge zu genießen. In der Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto erreicht man die herrlichen Strände der Insel. Die Vermieter waren super sympathisch, sehr hilfsbereit und gaben uns sehr gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Insel. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this house with the beautiful garden. It is perfect for holidays with kids and situated very well. You can easily reach different beaches perfect for surfing or also swimming with kids. Pascal was very helpful and communication fast!

Perfectly placed house close to the sea

Beautiful quiet, shaded garden only 30 metres from the sea. Only a short walk into St. Trojan les Bains which has a nice variety of restaurants and amenities. A perfect place to explore the island.

Villa très agréable vraiment à 2 pas de la promenade de Saint-Trojan. Rue somme toute assez calme (mais nous étions hors Saison). Équipement de la maison plus que satisfaisant. Seul bémol, l'absence de wifi, mais nous étions prévenus (C'est mentionné sur l'annonce) donc pas de souci. Excellent accueil de la part du gérant (le propriétaire étant absent). Bref, recommandé!

A découvrir impérativement!

Superbe et grande maison blottie au cœur d'un jardin fleuri à quelques pas seulement de la plage de Saint-Trojan-les-bains. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce coin de paradis!

Sous le charme !

Maison agréable idéalement située à deux pas du front de mer. Accessible par une rue très calme, la maison est entourée d’un jardin. Le calme et le charme de cette maison nous ont conquis. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, très prévenants.

Jolie petite maison de vacances en bord de mer, avec de jolies toiles de la propriétaire en décoration. Un peu humide (probablement dû au climat), mais globalement plutôt bien équipée. Bien situé car juste à côté de la promenade en front de mer et à 10min à pied du centre. Joli petit jardin.

Maison pleine de charme, décorée avec goût (peintures, sculptures & coquillages :-)) et située dans un quartier très tranquille à 2 pas de la mer. Le jardin est mignon aussi (balançoire pour les enfants). Pas mal de moustiques par contre, donc prévoir le nécessaire. Bref, on recommande !

Nous sommes ravis de notre semaine dans cette charmante maison à l'équipement complet et en très bon état, à la décoration soignée et chaleureuse et au joli jardin arboré qui l'entoure et qui apporte une touche supplémentaire de charme à ce séjour ! à deux minutes de la mer et à 5 à vélo des commerces...un séjour qui nous aimerions bien réitérer un prochain été...

charmante maison de vacances

Séduits par les photos présentées sur le site , nous n'avons pas été déçus à notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. La maison est conforme à l'annonce: décoration authentique et chaleureuse, beau jardin arboré, confort et équipement complet et en très bon état. La situation est idéale: proche de tous les centres d'intérêts : mer, pistes cyclables, nature .... mais aussi du centre du village (tous commerces et marché quotidien). Merci encore à notre hôte pour son accueil et ses conseils . Nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous avons passé de belles vacances. Martine et Christian

SEJOUR ZEN

L'impression qui se dégage de cette maison c'est la sérénité. Super jardin, déco intérieure sympa, mer à 20m (peut-être 22m avec la descente du ponton!) le centre ville à 10 min à pied. L'équipement est suffisant pour une petite famille, le lave linge est un peu vétuste, mais tout fonctionne parfaitement et correspond à l'attente d'une location saisonnière, de plus l'arrivée à 15h et le départ à 11h sont appréciables. Le propriétaire, qui nous a accueilli, est chaleureux et colle bien à l'esprit de cette maison. Les restaurants qu'il nous a conseillé ont été testés et approuvés. Notre séjour de 3 semaines c'est déroulé sans arrière pensé et nous y retournons cette année.

Encore un tres bon sejour

Malgre une meteo peu ensoleillee, nous avons passe pour la deuxieme annee de suite un tres bon sejour en famille. La maison est toujours aussi agreable et pratique. Tout a fait conforme a la description. Nos enfants y ont passe d'excellentes vacances !

Bonne location, très proche de la plage, très calme! La maison était relativement propre mais peu équipée et assez humide, idéale en plein été je pense ! Manquerait quelques grands verres , bouilloire, couverts. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, ont donné quelques conseils à l'arrivée . Jardin très agréable avec la balançoire ...

Très bon séjour !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (2 enfants de 2 ans et 4,5 ans) : la maison est calme, lumineuse et spacieuse. Le jardin est bien entretenu :idéal pour les enfants. Très bonne localisation (petite plage juste à côté, et possibilité d'aller à d'autres plages en moins de 15 min à vélo). Equipée convenablement pour une maison de vacances. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.
