Cute apartment not far from the tourist area. We had a car so it was not hard for us to get around. It said there was a futon and a twin or maybe it meant the futon was the twin. Either way it slept everyone somewhat comfortably.
The location was good and the view from deck was greatWould recommend the house hold cleaning supplies such as dirty brooms not be stored in the only room with a toilet

This apartment is a SCAM!!!!
It is only two bedrooms not three- the listing is wrong. One of the bedrooms has a broken “pull out” couch from the 80’s.
We were charged a $200 for dust on the coffee machine, used towels and dirty floors.
This is a scam!!!! Do NOT stay here!!!!

Charles est disponible et l arrivée et le départ se font sans aucun problème grâce aux explications très claires de Charles
Charles et Rosario sont au top ! Très réactifs et serviables.
L’appartement est super pour un séjour entre amis. La localisation est pratique, à 12 min à pieds du centre, une plage à 5 min. Un parking privé est à disposition.
Petit bémols lors de notre séjour la clim gouttait et les volets ne se fermaient pas jusqu’au bout donc nous avions la lumière du jour lorsque nous dormions.
Hormis cela, tout était parfait !

Propriété au calme, un peu en retrait de l'agitation, mais très près de la plage et assez près du centre pour qui veut bien marcher un peu. La résidence est arborée et bien entretenue par un gardien attentif. La vue est top avec la mer, le jardin et l'église emblématique de St Trop pile en face au loin. La place de parking est un atout. La bouteille de bon rosé a été appréciée, merci.
Seuls bémols, c'est un peu sonore et quand la voisine du dessus décide de partir en soirée après minuit, et de revenir vers 6h, les talons ne sont pas agréables. Quelques petits travaux permettraient aussi d'améliorer l'ensemble : j'ai remis en état les clapets de la salle de bain, mais je n'avais pas les outils pour la poignée de porte de la chambre. Et la douche mériterait une porte...
Le bilan est cependant très positif et Charles est très réactif quand on pose une question. Et Rosario qui nous a accueillis s'est montrée très agréable.
Appartement propre, bien situé et avec une belle vue
Peu de choses à redire, résidence avec un parking fermé avec un portail à code et télécommande. Bon niveau d équipement de l appartement. Personne sur place disponible et très réactive. L emplacement est excellent, plage publique à 200m, port à 10mn à pied et 5 mn à vélo. Toutes les autres plages sont accessibles à vélo à moins de 30mn ( Pampelonne, Salins).
