We had a great week at the house which was exactly as described. It was well equipped and clean. The location is good, only a few minutes walk to Place des Lices snd about 10 mins to the port. Although we stayed at the end of October we did use the outdoor decking area to sit out and braved the pool once - in the summer months the will be fantastic. There are a number of boulangeries and dmall supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. We also used ghd Auchan at Port Grimaud, about 15 mins drive. As other reviewers have pointed out parking can be tricky - we had a Renault Captur on hire, anything bigger would have been really challenging. This was one of the best holiday rentals we've had.

A perfect St Tropez hideaway

We were pleasantly surprised that we could enter the house earlier than planned. Our host even was kind enough to have a nice bottle of wine ready and chilled for us on arrival. The house itself was perfectly clean and had all high spec modern conveniences one could wish for. Air-conditioning provided a pleasant temperature during the hot summer nights and days. The beds were perfect and provided a good night's sleep. The (shared) swimming pool was quiet and a nice refresher. The location was superb: a 5 minute walk to Place des Lices and the heart of St. Tropez only a few minutes further. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this house for any other families / friends who wish to experience St. Tropez. Maybe one word of warning for future guests : Make sure you are fully aware of the size of your car(s), as the provided parking was indeed perfectly located but the access to it was a little narrow and good driving skills are definitely a bonus here :)

Although somewhat small, it had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I didn’t realize how great the location was. So many places were walkable. I didn’t think I’d use it but the pool was also very nice.

All the chairs at the pool were broken and there was no where to sit I have photographs of them The outdoor tables at the pool were dirty We were only given 2 keys for 3 people The step down to get to the pool is dangerous and I had to hang on to a tree to avoid falling It was not possible to leave the car at the space outside the place as there was 2bulldozers working and a huge truck on the property No microwave It was central

Sympathique maison à 2 pas de la place des Lices

Maison très sympa à 5 minutes à pieds de la place des Lices, très pratique pour les jours de marché. La maison est joliment décorée et il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison. Nettes Haus in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist und die zentrale Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten uns mit Fragen immer an den Vermieter wenden. Da es im Februar noch sehr kühl war waren wir sehr froh über die Heizung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Klein, aber fein

Alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet. Gasgrill/Plancha, Waschmaschine, amerikanischer kühl/Gefrierschrank mit eiswürfelmaschine, nespressomaschine usw. Wir waren mit unseren vier Töchtern auf Familienurlaub. WLAN dafür sehr gut und ausreichend! Für sechs Personen war das Ferienhaus aber etwas eng, französische Betten eben (140 bzw160 cm breit). Wohn- und Aufenthaltsbereich mit Sofa etwas klein. Da das Wetter durchgehend gut war, konnten die Holzterrasse (das Holz sollte mal erneuert werden) und der Gemeinschaftspool (außer uns fast keine anderen Nutzer, obwohl 8 bis 10 Wohnungen zur Anlage gehörten) ausgiebig genutzt werden. Durch die Nähe zum Zentrum/Hafen von St. Tropez war alles zu Fuß/mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Der Strand von Pampelonne/Tahiti ein Traum und in acht Minuten mit dem Auto ohne Stau zu erreichen. Zwei Parkplätze in der Anlage (für einen ist rückwärts fahren um das Haus erforderlich). Der Kontakt mit Zuria, der Verwalterin, absolut unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus empfehlen.

Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir eine perfekte Unterkunft vorgefunden. Wunderbare Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Apartment war extrem sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Einrichtung modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Darüber hinaus war die Kommunikation mit der Dame, die sich um die Schlüsselübergabe gekümmert hat, sehr angenehm und freundlich. Sie war flexibel und sehr bemüht, so dass wir eine absolut stressfreie An- und Abreise hatten. Vielen Dank nochmals!
